Titus Construction is headed by James E. Davis a Chief Warrant Officer Five (Retired) with over 30 years of construction experience in residential single and multifamily housing. Over the past two decades, Titus Construction has constructed multiple restaurants as a franchisee and a franchisor to manage and minimize construction costs during buildouts. His experience also includes real estate contracts for buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties as well. As a black-owned, disabled veteran-owned full-service construction and real estate development company Titus Construction can do the job.
Mr. Davis holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Howard University in Washington DC, a Bachelors in Business Administration from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas, and a Project Management Professional – PMP Certificate from George Washington University.
His corporate experience includes sixteen years at Hewlett Packard (Compaq) as a Project Manager in addition to his current endeavors as a Franchisee and Franchisor in the restaurant industry including Real Estate leasing and property management. Mr. Davis has extensive experience in the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve under the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy & Environment in Sustainability and Army Reserve Recycling Programs and Initiatives.
